2007 Bull Race

Most guys from every Securities Company in Korea met together.
We had Bull Race(Bull means Bull's Market, which stands for market on the increasing index).
There were 2 parts; 5 Km and 10 Km courses.

Of course, I, CJ, raced '5' Km~ haha
(In fact, Addias's new commercial series[impossible is nothing] was impressing me recently, but I didn't want to be sweat! ha ;;;;;)

It was saturday, and I was tired that I had to be on 7 o'clock in the morning, 5 days a week.
So I really wanted to enjoy free ticket to oversleep.
But it was so valuable to be there.
It was very first event for me to meet people working in different companies as one of the official staff of DWS. And I felt something like company spirit.
'I'm really one of the DWS now!!'

And this was the first step to be close with other member in other Dept.



and I met him.

Even I met these people only one week ago, I feel like they are my real team.
They made new record of sales margin, so we got a prize from CEO directly.
Of course, I didn't nothing, but I'll keep this movement!!
Go MKT, Go CJ!!
yeah~~~

p.s. I think this camera's lens are broken.
My skin color is too dark and shining. :p

Last day of DWS OJT

We had a special event which gave us our role of DWS on Jan 25th.
We were so tired because of tracking, and HRM guys made us uncomfortable.
So whole event was so quite.

BUT!! After DRINKING!!
(We had ought to drink 3 glasses of mix of half beer and half valentine. They said, it's traditional!)
From the song of CEO, everyone got to crazy!! haha! dancing dancing and dancing over 1 hour!!

Came back ALIVE!!!

Came Back ALIVE!!
Finally, I finished full OJT course for entering employee at Daewoo Securities, including final course, a forced tracking(walking along street) from ChangWon to SoonCheon.
We walked about 40 KM a day for 5 days!!!! Incredible!! Can you walk 40 KM everyday?? and alone???
DWS have emphasized teamwork and spirit!!! WIthout the other member, anyone can't make this!!

I've got a bad muscle pain from 1st day, but I couldn't stop because of our team!
Day by day, even my pain gots worse, I could keep walking because our team member helped me a lot.
They carried my back-pack and they gave me their hand to hold me.

Finally, we made it!
No pain, no gain!
Through this tracking, I gained my best colleague in DWS, and I got a hard spirit to overcome any pain!

Anyhow!! I came back ALIVE!!!!!

DWS

It's been a soooooo long time after last article.

I was busy,..... because.. I've just started to work in Daewoo Securities.
I thoguht thousands of time about my career path and job~
I determined Daewoo Securities as my first job to the world.
(Actualy it's not my first time, 'cause I worked about 3years at online game company, NEXON)

Until I determined finally, I compared so many opportunity cost between the ohter firms.
But I can say absolutly, my determination was so perfect at this time.

Now I've been getting OJT in Daewoo Securities Education center at Gwachon,
I've got a deep company's spirit to Daewoo.(Of course, this was the purpose of this course.)
I've got a deep impression and become so passionate person.
It's time to start!!

Let's go CJ!
Let's go DAEWOO Securities!!
